While it is nice to have options for CPAP supplies, shipping is sometimes slow, and "free shipping" seems to be by three legged pony express rider ? I may start looking elsewhere for faster shipping to WA state.

Cancel any order I have with you at once. I contacted you over a month ago stating that you sent me the wrong part for which I already paid you. You said that a Manager would be calling me and nobody ever did. So I paid for a part that I can't used and you still have my money. Cancel all future shipments and return my money at once.
Have used this supply for years and prefer to use online but inevitably need a customer service rep. They are ok for the most part and I always get the product I need but I feel stupid when I deal with them. Just my feeling....not occasionally.... consistently I've felt that way. Maybe it's just this particular industry. Sleep apnea is big money for providers. One of those conditions that you have no control over. Just accept it.. so be it.
