Website does not indicate you can't ship to a PO Box. Also, after speaking to a representative about payment, he did not tell me they can't ship to PO Box, even after verifying address. My brother needed these items immediately, and I paid for 2 day shipping. He did not receive his supplies until 6 days after I placed the order.
