I get a phone call early in the morning, before 9 a.m.which wakens me. I have repeated asked not to be contacted until 11a.m. EST, but am still called anyway.Poor respect for customers.FRICTION!

Excellent service! I lost the power supply cord for my CPAP machine while on a weekend trip and had to replace it immediately. My order was handled professionally and expeditiously.

I sent it to your company because the unit would not turn off. You must have tested it in your office for one minute. The man I spoke to said he did not have any test equipment. He said it turned off for him and returned it to me. When you use it all night it will not turn off. My guess is he did not run it any length of time. So, am totally unsatisfied with the lack of quality of this so-called business. Will advise anyone to go somewhere else for proper testing and actual results and repairs. What a disgrace. But what one grows to expect these days!
