I purchased one thing..I got a box of 10..I called and let them know..I was suppose to get a shipping box back to send back 6 and i purchased 3 more while I had them here..I was charged the shipping cost on the ones I kept. I never got a shipping box for the rest..i recieved an email with shipping label and found a box and had to drag 4 kids out to ship it back..I order online because I think it's easier with kids..I did however send the rest back because I didn't want to be charged extra..I know they can be expensive. I'm a honest person so if I would've never called to say I recieved 9 extra I would have felt guilty. But it seems like it was a hassle for your company mess up....
