Teaching assistant level 3 course: I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to gain new skills and a better understanding of this field. The units can be quite challenging in terms of the way it is written which can make you disengage at certain points. You can also receive an extention on the course if you are a little behind due to life which is considerate especially when you have children and other life issues happening.

The Mini MBA Course is exceptional, not to mention the valuable practical guidance that is given, in easy to digest Modules. The course is value for money, and presented in a manner that is above all fun, and enjoyable to follow. Due to Covid - 19, and the extra time I have to spend at work, being a key worker, meant longer hours at work. I recently contacted Client Services, and believe their service is of an exceptional level, placing students at centre of each and every interaction. Im currently studying phlebotomy technician training course. And its very informative and detailed in its literature. Giving mock tests and final exams its a very good course and definitely worth the money. I had an issue with a payment and they got back to me within hours having sorted out my problem. I thought that the customer service was good as I was able to get a discount for the course. I enjoyed the course.

The course was badly written with out of date references and supporting materials. As soon as I realised how awful the course was I emailed asking for a refund. I was initially offered the opportunity to change to a different course. After contacting PayPal I received a refund. One positive is that the company are very quick to get back.
