Below standard! I just completed Level 2 HR & Employment Law. The course started off well but lacked interactive elements, only providing case studies to read and a few videos. The information was out of date, incorrect information; lacking up to date laws and procedures and in some parts just reams of written information. I was informed that there was a tutor who could answer questions and when several people raised questions there was no response and never has been. The test is badly written with spelling mistakes and sentences that did not make sense. It was frustrating once the course had ended because it then tells you that you are required to pay £3.99 if you fail the final test - hidden costs; including a hard copy and/or PDF which is at an additional cost. The certificate on the system will not allow you to print off. When I had completed the mock and test it said that I had failed even though I achieved 84%. I did the mock again and achieved 88% and again it said fail and then reverted to congratulations only accepting the 84%. I do not rate this course at all. Never in this world or the next is it worth £175. Completed course within less than a month but could have done it within weeks. 10 months course Hmmm.

Enjoyed doing this course at home. However, It was easy for me since I have already completed level 4 earlier. I thank Course Gate for having one of the best on line courses. Asif

I highly recommend taking one of their courses, high quality curriculums similar to university courses.Plus, their customer service staff are considerate and friendly and the most importantly that if you had a complaint it would be shortly resolved and even if you would ask for extra offer they would gift it to you shortly! This Port Management Course is well organised. The learning materials provided it is very consistent and well explained. You earn a lot of knowledge about operations and management. I loved it. At some point I needed to contact the support team for an issue after submitting the exam and what I received it was a 5stars support from Mr Paul. No pressure but easily explained

So, I found a course via Wowcher - Phlebotomy Tech Training. I thought for £10, it's not likely to be much good, but I gave it a shot. I purchased through Wowcher and then redeemed. Took me a while to figure out how to redeem via Course Gate website as I was looking for something to ask for the code - this was finally found at the bottom of the page. From there on, I found everything to work as expected. I had instant confirmation and log in emails and got straight to the learning. This course does go into quite a bit of detail and it is worth noting that you need to study it all in order to pass. There was one question during the mock exam which when answering (with the answer from the learning material) still flagged as incorrect. I raised this with the customer support team who were excellent. Fast response, listened and acted swiftly. The agent was friendly, professional and willing to help. Would I pay the 'normal' fees? Probably not, but I have found there to be a number of offers available so keep your eyes peeled. The suggested learning time was 3 hrs 15 mins, took me about 4 hours but all in all a good learning experience.
