I had purchased a voucher in order for me to complete a course. When I tried the voucher it didn't work. I contacted Coursegate via the live chat and spoke to a lovely gentleman named Matthew Archer. He was so helpful and sorted everything out for me (sent me the email with all of the details required). Matthew reassured me and said that if I had any other problems/queries that I could get back in touch with them. This is great education provider with large amount of courses. The service is 2nd to none. I would also recommend the IT courses which are quite interesting and written in an easy to understand and follow format. Originally, I thought IT was a mundane subject now I would say 'that would all depend on your teacher!' Coursegate have that bit covered. You won't go far wrong with Coursegate. Why not give them a try & you will be glad you did 👍

Fast and explanation was easy able to audit course work

Of all the courses about the Teaching Assistant (TA) role on the Alison online course platform, this was the best. A great introduction given about the educational system in the UK, followed by in-depth details about the TA role and the requirements of KS1 and KS2. The information is current as of 2024, which was reassuring. I gave a few suggestions on how I think such a good course could be great and they have welcomed my feedback, which I appreciate. I've been very impressed overall. Thank you, Course Gate!

They don't take the customer seriously. Charge for ceriticates that then aren't sent within stated timeline with no explanation. Zero contact. Avoid.
