I made a mistake buying course on my student account for my wife. this meant she could not receive certificate for this in her name. after explaining this to course gate staff, they corrected my mistake and transferred course over to my wife's account. I would like to thank them for there quick actions and understanding.

Very good service, I've started BSL it's quite different from ASL but I'm so excited to learn and be able to communicate with deaf people. I always had permission for sign Language and I had many deaf friends growing up. I'm really excited and I'm loving it already. Thanks Gary for explaining everything. X

Excellent. I am currently completing the online Excel course. This course is perfect for someone new to excel right through/and to include advanced - I work with excel everyday and wanted to strengthen my skills. The course is easy to navigate, you can choose where you want to start/topics you want to learn and can access them as many times as you like. Each topic contains multiple videos which works perfectly. There is also a test at the end. The tutor is clear to understand and the explanation with examples is really helpful. I have learnt so much so far. I would highly recommend. Thanks to Gary too for his assistance online.
