My experience was excellent. The problem, I've now found out, was that my Google account had seen someone, some time ago, trying to access my account and changed my log-in details.

The course itself is fantastic. I however lost track of time logged back in to say it was unavailable due to expiring. I emailed and within a day my issue was resolved! Amazing customer service! Would highly recommend

I found the Internal Auditor course extremely helpful, informative and it covered everything I needed it to. I had missed printing my certificate after the final exam (I passed with full marks!!) and Gary helped me very efficiently using the chat option. Well done Course Gate

I have enjoyed the first part of this course, it is very interseting. The only issue i had was that the Tutor changed the lay out of the course halfway through without any notification. As i am not very good with computers i got into a bit of a panic. This was rectified immediatly after a quick on line chat.

Gary Brian in particular was very helpful in assisting me with an issue I addressed about my courses.

I have completed a couple of short 'refresher' type courses which were as I expected and useful. The website is easy to use, and on the two occasions I have had to contact the company, it has been easy to email them, and a swift reply has been received. They are very helpful and I would recommend. I am about to complete a more in depth course soon.

Have just completed my Nail Technician Diploma and am so happy with how easy it was to access. The modules are all extremely thorough and I feel as though I have learnt so much. Looking into doing more courses over the coming months with Coursegate. Would highly recommend.

Having worked in the Care Industry during the time of first wave of Covid-19 from March 2020 till current time. I have always found the material for The Mini MBA to be of valuable assistance. Above all being practical, and easy to follow and of great value to any individual who would like an insight to MBA, but not having the means to follow traditional route of studies. Course is great value for money. I have found the support received of an excellent nature, and professional at all times. A great place to study at your own pace, and meet the demands of every day working life.

I ordered some courses for a colleague but as I used my corporate card the courses were allocated to me. Course Gate very efficiently moved them across to my colleague and also corrected a mistake I had made. They have made myself and my colleague very happy.

I have enrolled myself into 2 different courses in 1 year time. I liked the material provided in the course very much. I enjoyed doing these courses at the convenience of sitting at home and are not very difficult to do. Even with the assessments you get opportunity of attempting again which is very good and multiple choice questions cover up almost the whole module. I would highly recommend to go for coursegate courses.

Taking the course referencing (building surveyor)which i found on WOWCHER .The course was set out in different modules by way of pictures and satisfying my need to know more helped also using a conversational voice which read all of the text for you in line of connecting the dots of learning. The referencing to all different modules was excellent Anyone that wishes to move from being a tradesman within the building industry, and helping yourself to move up the ladder into a higher paying job is yours for the taking should you wish to take this course carpenters bricklayers and all trades Need to take this course , even just to fill in how the mind of a surveyor works and improve your future. Whilst also understanding how you can protect yourself through legal issues. I used to be a carpenter/dry rot surveyor many years ago and branched into different areas. Ever wondered how the legal system works referencing legal matters, which are also included and could save you thousands of £s in court fees learn how to fight back and much more. As well as youngsters seeking to make building surveying your profession. Overall the information offered is invaluable, REMEMBER KNOWLEDGE IS KEY.Even if you don't take the exam. But i took the exam and passed.

There was a hiccup with the access and exams but they offered a wonderful solution with proper understanding about the problem and feeling from the student.

I did the Phlebotomy Technican course - even though I know a fair bit about health and have been studying elsewhere on aesthetics, there was loads of information and explanation on bloods and needle technique & have a notebook full of information as a result. Thanks!
