The site was easy to navigate. The prices were very good. They accepted credit cards, which provided safety. In addition they called to insure the order was not only correct but that I could confirm the information in the order. Shipping was free and fast. This was a seamless purchase. Paid through a company with whom they contract (DCRPAY), who charged a $20. "Cash Equivalent Fee" which I was not told about prior to my finalizing the order. My bank told me that I could submit a fraud claim since I had not authorized the payment but I declined because I did not want to cause problems for Cosmetics and You. DCRPAY also posted an inoperable phone number in the email receipt they sent me (again, that receipt was for $20 less than they charged my bank). Moral of the story: Cosmetics and You either needs to get rid of DCRPAY or let customers know about this extra charge that will occur. It is questionable whether I will order from Cosmetics and You again unless they clear up this problem.
