My order arrived quicker than I expected once I was notified it had shipped. My only negative is that it takes too long to actually ship from when you place your order. They really need to quicken the process up; it includes a verification call the next day (which I have never heard of after ordering online!) and then it takes about 3 days or so for them to process and then the payment has to clear. They do send you emails to keep you updated but it would be good if they could just skip the verification call and just dispatch what you order as soon as possible! You do get a tracking number which is good, but can only start tracking it after so many days. I would order from them again but I do wish the processing was a bit quicker!

Was skeptical and even nervous ordering but just as other reviewers said, this company did an excellent job keeping me updated for EVERY step of the purchasing process. And I mean like EVERY time the status changed (i.e., products went into processing/shipping/whatever) they sent me an email. They even called me to confirm my information 30min after I placed the order. Products came in a very neat/tidy box and were just as I expected. Will definitely be ordering again!
They kept me informed about my careprost order, and it arrived on schedule. They also gave me a great bulk discount. I have been using it for two weeks, and it appears to work. I am excited to see how it's working in another few weeks.
