It took way too long to get my products!!

Pretty fast delivery I just got my product the consistency of the Retina A .05 gel seems more of like a watery substance not so sure about the product and I also got the hydroquine 4% but that product seems to be fine. Too early to determine if the Retina A is okay but just concerned about the watery base.

Very please with the site, product and overall experience. I will definitely be recommending it to others and utilizing the site myself again. Thank you.

This company is a credit card fraud scam. They called to verify my credit card. One question they asked was, "what is the closest school to you?" A few hours later I had a fraudulent charge alert from Chase Bank. It was a charge for a slightly different amount of money from a textbook publishing company in New York that I'd never heard of. The different amount is why I caught the fraud. Fortunately, the charge was blocked by Chase bank. I never received any attempted charge from a company called "Cosmetics and You". I had to cancel my card and order a new credit card over this issue. Chase Bank has been alerted to the fraud. Do not give this company a credit card!

This company is really great! I was prepared to wait 2-3 weeks to get my product, but received it really quickly. The product is fresh, nicely packaged and complete. No problems with any part of this.

I loved this company, I received my order within a week. Unfortunately the person that did the packing sent me only 5 Careprosts instead of the 6 I ordered....I emailed them explaining what happened, and they assured me that they would send me the tracking number (withing 3 days) of the one bottle, that was missing..... They will mail it to me, so that made me happy...... I will definitely order from this company again in the future, they have excellent customer service!!!! Wasn’t sure initially about ordering but I decided to try. They did everything possible to help secure my transaction and deliver my order as expected.

I have used Careprost for a 2 Years and this product really works. I am in my sixties and of course my eyelashes have become thinner and sparse. This product truly works and I get so many compliments regarding the length and fullness of my lashes. It was so easy to order through Cosmeticsamdyou! Customer Service contacted me twice once to confirm my order and 2nd time to let me know my product shipped. Highly recommend this product.

So far so good, just received the product. Took a little while to get to me but, that is expected I beleive it's international. I haven't used the product enough to give a real opinion but, customer service seems to be ok.

Still waiting for an order placed 3 weeks ago. Would not order from this company again.
