Honest product, great customer service. You will get a call to verify you ordered since it comes from overseas so answer the call - there is no name associated with the number. I believe it is an 888 or 800 number. The Carepost I use really makes a huge difference in my lashes. Takes a few weeks but then wham you really see the effects.

I will say before my 1st purchase over 2 months ago, I was very worried about using my credit card on this site. I went ahead and made the purchase anyway, and today I will say after my experience I feel a lot more comfortable with purchasing on the site. The products are amazing. I got a few items and they're all working as they should. The wait time is a little long, but considering this is an overseas company, it's worth the wait. I am a happy customer and I am telling all of my friends and family. 👍

Great customer service

I got my order promptly without error.

All was great. Only 4 stars due to longer than predicted shipping Duration. Products are great and as described. Customer service very responsive.

While I was told that it would take up to 3 weeks to receive my order in California, USA it only took 14 days from the date I placed my order to the date I received my order, and I received updates from Cosmeticsandyou throughout. I also tracked the order via the USPS. The product was packaged well and I received the right quantity. So far the Eflora (generic Vaniqa) is working well, but I need to give it more time. Will let you know in my next review. What the company can do to improve is to not require a signature at delivery. We were home, but if we weren't it would mean a trip to the Post Office.

Service is always excellent - delivery time was a little more than 2 weeks, so you need to be patient.

I was having a difficult finding a source for a product I have used for many years. Suddenly, my previous supplier changed the payment method and shipping restrictions to make them very user "unfriendly". When I discovered this supplier for the product, it was completely "no hassle" to order, pay and the order was received within a few days. I will certainly be happy to recommend them to everyone for the courtesy and willingness to please this customer.
