Products seem to be authentic and shipping is fairly quick to the USA. I do not like the fact that if paying with credit card, you are charged additional fees. I have bought products from other various foreign on line vendors and these fees are not charged

I’ve never ordered from outside the U.S. before and was a little uneasy at first but the ordering process was easy. At first I used a credit card and missed their call to confirm my info but they sent me an email with a link to use my Bankcard instead for quicker service. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Got an email after 4 days saying product had been shipped and I’d receive tracking number in 2-3 days. Nothing from them so after 2 weeks, I called. The gal told me my order was getting ready to be shipped. After 2 weeks of my card being charged, and would still be 2 weeks for delivery.
