We placed an order a week ago that we expected yesterday because your website says 6-8 days shipping. Also, set up an auto-ship order that we need to change and when we called no one was able to assist us because both orders say pending. Yet they cannot tell when both orders will be shipped.

I ordered 2 boxes of 12 candles each. One box was fine. The other box was broken open inside the larger mailing box with no packing to protect candles. There were only 20 candles in total and one of those candles was cracked leaving 19 usable candles. We need 18 for our church pew candelabras. But I was hoping to have some for the next year. Our church has purchased these same candles from your company for years and since money is tight at our church, I was trying to help by making the purchase on my own. I will not be recommending your company again. Thank you for listening.
