The service, the choice, the commitment... This is what I find when I write to CompleteGolfer from Italy to have a suggestion or buy what I need. I bought my clubs, my putter, my bag,... And it's my only option whatever I need... Not only because there's a lot kore choice than in my country, but cause they are the best anyway.

The boys at Complete Golfer are legendary. Top customer service heroes and have earned my loyalty. Will not buy from anywhere else. Ordered TP5 balls and was sent TP5x - not a huge deal but I emailed to make them aware and they sent a brand new pack of TP5 to apologise. Quality gesture from a great company.
I ordered a new golf trolley from Complete Golf, unfortunately they were let down by Power Kaddy with deliveries (as every other outlet was) but Complete leant me a rental cart until mine arrived, now that’s what I call customer service, they had it delivered to my door and collected when my new one was delivered. The club I initially ordered was actually out of stock, which I was disappointed with in the first instance. However, Austin took the time to speak to me about another Driver after listening to the issues I've been experiencing off the tee. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and the item even turned up a day early. Would 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again.
Fantastic fitting experience with Complete Golfer's Dave at Moor Park. Brilliant results with clubs feeling wonderful. This is well worth doing and strongly recommend it if its available.
