Had a club fitting but not in stock with a 3-4wk wait. Always prefer buying from my club pro shop but when I got home thought I’d rather get my new 3wd more quickly if I could find one online. Yo and behold completegolfer.co.uk had the same spec club in stock so I bought it, with delivery due Monday, today being Thursday. Happy with that and they were really easy to deal with so a great review going to happen anyway BUT …. I contact them and ask what the chances are for delivery over the weekend because I have a load of golf next week starting off on the Monday and my old 3wd with super stiff shaft is just too difficult for me to hit these days. “No problem!” Came the answer and I’m getting it tomorrow; notifications already received from their courier. How good is that? My club pro now has some serious competition ;-). Thanks guys for your wonderful service

I bought a TaylorMade SIM2 driver in April and the shaft snapped in June on the driving range. I sent pictures through of the shaft and head. It was collected the next day by DPD with a replacement shaft as part of the guarantee. Excellent service and would highly recommend this company.

After buying on line a pows caddy I was very pleased with the service and next day delivery. However after 28 days my powakaddy failed to work . I was really worried .... not a problem with this company collected by DPD Next day . A replacement is on the way . I have no hesitation in recommending this company their service is second to none . Was a bit sceptical about using complete golfer as I had never heard of them before, however I read reviews and thought I would risk it and what a risk worth taking, ordered the m7 remote motocaddy on the Friday got it delivered today on Saturday, not only was it the cheapest around I also got two free gifts with it, well worth it and I won’t be looking anywhere else but here in the future, great company 5* can’t fault and would highly recommend

I have been shopping with complete golfer for the last couple of years and I recently purchased a few items one being a golf glove. They sent the wrong colour glove. I sent them an email regarding this and received the glove I originally ordered free of charge. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Motocaddy Cube Push Golf Trolley I recently purchased the Motocaddy Cube Push Golf Trolley, I ordered it on Monday evening and it was delivered on the Wednesday which was excellent, I put the trolley together Wednesday evening and unfortunately it was damaged where it clicks in to lock it together, I was disappointed as I wanted it for Saturday, so I took some photo's and emailed them on Wednesday evening, I then followed up the email with a phone call Thursday morning explaining what the issue was, they said no problem we will get a replacement out to you, the trolley was delivered this morning (Friday) at 8am, the trolley is excellent and the customer service was even better. What a great company to deal with. I have just purchased an M7 Moto caddy, everywhere was out of stock except Complete Golfer. Prior to my purchase I contacted a large online company who were as much help as a chocolate teapot. In the past I had spent a considerably amount with them, I will now make all of my golf purchases with Complete Golfer. The prices are very competitive, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products I purchased. I cannot recommend enough.

Ordered a set of waterproofs for a birthday present, it turned out that they were too big. Spoke the the team on the phone who were super helpful, reserved the right size and gave me the details on how to return. Exchanged and delivered incredibly quickly. Ordered some new golf shoes on Tuesday, turned up 8.15 on Wednesday morning. Fantastic service. I know i was lucky with an early morning delivery from the carrier but they turned up as promised. Great prices too. Will be using again.

I've spoken with Alex and Lawrence about an issue that was my fault when placing my order and they have been understanding and extremely helpful and sorted my situation out instantly. Delivery was a bit delayed on club that I had ordered (turns out for reasons outside their control) - but reached out to them and they responded very promptly and helpfully. Very happy with club - exactly as ordered. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
