Another company told me 6 days after my order that the head on my sim2 driver wouldn’t be ready for 4 weeks. I cancelled and ordered with Complete Golf at 12:57 on a Friday and the club was with me at 10:30am on Saturday, 2 days earlier than scheduled! Great service!!

Spent the last few months renewing all my golf equipment and have to say I couldn’t find anything cheaper anywhere else. Not only that, they also give very generous reward points for money off next purchase. Everything has been free next day delivery. Great company and service. Will use again and again and again 👌

First time using Complete golfer and I can I’m very impressed with shipping and customer services. Shoe was ordered to small so I decided to get a refund and Scott helped me out massively. Would highly recommend this online shop to anyone.

Fantastic customer service! 10/10! I ordered the wrong electric trolley, totally my fault! I contacted them and they arranged for the correct one to be sent and the previous one to be collected at the same time. Great to find a genuine business that goes the extra mile! Will definitely be using again!

I used Complete Golfer's online service which was easy to use with super quick delivery . I was slightly dubious as the shoes I ordered were sold out everywhere but they arrived and are great quality, plus slightly cheaper than other sites!!

I'm always wary of new sites that pop up but the customer service is fantastic and I can't say anything negative about these folks. I'll be looking for a new driver and a pair of ECCO's once we finally get out of lockdown!

I’ve had a few orders here & dealings via email & phone. The team are excellent, especially Alex. Great reward system they have to. My first stop for anything golf now. Great experience!

Will definitely be using these guys from now on. Great service, quick and simple online. Free delivery arrived next day. Similar to another review - ordered a Garmin G80 and received a free box of ProV1s and a putting mat. Nowhere else even comes close to that!

Purchased a new driver and unfortunately I didn’t like the sound from it so I used the money back guarantee and received a full refund. Must admit my experience recently with web sales hasn’t been great but the service from Complete golfer has been exceptional, so much so I will make a real effort to make sure I purchase the alternative driver from them. Well done! Exceptional customer experiences

Grabbed a Stroke Lab putter, for a ridiculously low price, delivered within 24hrs! Can't praise them enough, great communication to go with the purchase, will definitely be using them again.

After lots of research I ordered a new Skycaddie LX5C watch from CG. It was delivered quickly but after a week I noticed it was giving some strange readings for steps and heart rate. I was disappointed that a new watch was giving quite clearly faulty readings. So I contacted CG to ask about this. Scott was to put it simply fantastic. He left a message on my voicemail and said rather than bouncing emails back and forth he would happily speak to me. When i called him he said that they had sold lots of these watches without problems, but no problem to do an exchange and send a replacement within 48 hours. He also said any problems with the replacement i should give him a call. Talk about great customer experience. Just wanted to give positive feedback as very easy to moan about bad service!

Received the Garmin G80 Approach from CompleteGolfer.co.uk today. Came bundled with a box of ProV1s and a Pure2Improve hitting mat. Delivery was free, ordered Friday and arrived Saturday. Was expecting Monday. Superb delivery. Made up. Ty.

Treated myself to a new Powerkaddy electric trolley from complete golfer, ordered Thurs 7th at lunchtime, arrived the following day...couldn't resist then ordering a travel bag to protect it,also arrived the following day.Competitively priced and received loyalty points for both purchases which will now go towards further trolley accessories.Cant ask for better than that.....

On 2 occasions I have bought expensive items from Complete Golfer as presents for my husband and both times their service has been outstanding. Unfortunately on the 2nd purchase, my husband chose to return the item as he had his eye on another item. I was once again impressed with how quickly and easily they refunded me, literally 24 hours after posting the item, I had my money back. I will only use complete golfer from now on. Truly outstanding service.

My wife bought me a Footjoy golf top from the Complete Golfer for Xmas. Unfortunately required next size up. Contacted Complete Golfer and they could not be more helpful. Instant exchange. Great customer service.

My wife bought me a Motocaddy M5 GPS HDC trolly for Christmas. Yes I know, how lucky was I! When I opened it and put it together, (accessories), it was brilliant. However, it was missing the lower straps for non-EASILOCK bags. I contacted Complete Golfer, (Austin), and they immediately sprang into action. Since my first email, to 48 hrs later, the issue was resolved. They were the epitome of customer service!! I would fully recommend them to anyone. If you have a legitimate problem, they go the extra mile to help and continually keep you informed. Definitely 5 star! Since this my wife tells they helped her ordering and organising the delivery which they managed to get the trolly to her in the time frame given. Another tick for excellence.
