Very fast delivery. Great product. Under Armour Tech shorts. Unfortunately there was an order error ie I ordered/ paid for two pairs but only one pair in delivery package. I was able to phone Complete Golfer directly and speak to an extremely helpful lady who quickly/ politely and efficiently dealt with the problem. Very happy. Highly recommended. Next day delivery ready for golf at the weekend

Bought two sets of golf clubs for my children (ordered on Saturday afternoon, arrived Tuesday, which was great). Through no fault of theirs, one set didn't fit my child. When I called to exchange for the next size up, Scott was brilliant. Even though the right sized set wasn't in stock, he couldn't have been more helpful - arranging restocking in 3 working days, calling me twice to update me and arranging for an exchange at his nearest distributor so I didn't have to pay for a postal return. He even waived the price difference between the two sets. I've never used them before but would happily buy from them again.

Toby has been exceptional from start to finish. Unfortunately I have ended up spending alot of money with Complete Golfer since dealing with him, but it has been worth it! He is very knowledgeable and has helped me move from my old clubs and setup to a new more comfortable and practical setup. The new M7 trolley, Titleist TSi2 range, vouchers and branded shirts he sorted for my corporate golf day has all been achieved in a timely manor with complete professionalism. Just bought an Electric Trolley online, great price and delivery was next day. There was a deal at the time of order to get 20% off cart bag, I never took up the offer but then contacted Stephen via email and he honoured the discount at a later date. Very good service, would highly recommend.

This is my second review on Complete Golfer and ever since I got to know the team, I have not gone elsewhere for anything else as the reputation for high quality service, maintained professionalism, fast service and personal loyalty is the best I have ever experienced in all my years of playing and travelling around the world! I have had issues with clubs and they have sorted it same day no delays and always delivered on there word. Toby is usually my main point of contact and cannot fault the guy, provides a faultless service alongside his team! Clubhouse golf, Online Golf, American Golf and any other online retailers have a lot of positives however, they ARE NOT Complete Golfer and when you use them you will know why, outstanding experiences…keep up the amazing work you do! 🙌🏼

I'm normally apprehensive about buying online, however after purchasing from complete golfer all my apprehensions were dismissed. I really like this company. Priced matched even after my purchase. Ordered my golf trolly Sunday and arrived securely and undamaged Tuesday. Given 1 hour delivery slot on the day. Product was Genuine and in perfect condition. Great company, I ordered the wrong model electric trolly by mistake on Friday night so sent an email asking if the correct model could be ordered and the diffrence paid. I received a responce from Alex the next morning who advised to call him and he would take payment. I spoke to Alex who even gave me a discount which is great as a 50th bday present from my wife. Top service and Alex a top fella!!!

Just bought new golf shoes. Price £11 cheaper than other sites. More importantly previous dealings demonstrated excellent service. Ready to pay for shoes when I noticed that I had loyalty points from my last purchase. Had forgotten about these. When added saved a further £13.50 so overall on price alone very happy. Shoes were delivered within the stated time of 24 hours so very pleased. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent customer service recieved from Scott. I had spent around 3 days researching all different golf club packages. I had finally settled on purchasing the TaylorMade Sim2 Max package but when I finally went to place the order, it was shown unavailable. I was gutted as this company was a few hundred pound cheaper in total than any other company I could find. I called the company the next morning and spoke with a guy named Scott, I explained the situation and he informed me the package was unavailable on the website as the 4 hybrid was showing as out of stock. Immediately Scott reassured me not to worry and that we could sort out a deal for the remaining items which would have allowed me to purchase the 4 hybrid elsewhere without it ending up costing more money than the package price. Scott asked me to give him a couple of minutes as he just asked someone to double check the warehouse and make sure they did not have the 4 hybrid in stock despite the system saying 0 available. Within less than a minute Scott told me his colleague had found one and immediately reserved the package set for me. Genuinely outstanding service receieved from Scott and completegolfer will now always be my go to place for any golf gear in the future. Highly recommend purchasing from this company. I placed the order on the 30th December and recieved the delivery on 31st.
