I requested an electric trolley, bag, and umbrella as the discounts for bag and trolley seemed great value. Initially the bag and umbrella where issued straight away but the trolley was not available. After a call to the help desk to say there was no point in a bag without the trolley a trolley was found in store and all items dispatched together. Arriving the next day.

Clearly a very switched on company. Their I.T. system picked up that I'd had a credit card problem that stopped my transaction. They emailed me to inquire if I still wanted to make the purchase and offered me a small discount to compensate for the inconvenience. Great customer service.
