second time I have ordered....both times order got lost in the system ...wil never use them again...the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

I just bought some radiator feet - given that they were cheaper than anywhere else on the web - so only a small order. That said, service was excellent with prompt delivery and possibly the best courier tracking service I have ever come across (thanks Interlink express). I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

Ordered a rad that was 40% cheaper on here then at wickes. Delivered next day. Phoned before delivery to confirm the order. Great service. Infact it's refreshing to see effort in customer service from a company for once!

Very satisfied with the service from Column Rads UK. Ordered on line and opted to pay cash on delivery which is most unusual when ordering online. I have not come across this before and filled me with confidence as I had not ordered from this company previously. Ordered the radiator over the Christmas period but as soon as the company reopened after the holidays they contacted me by email to advise me of the delivery date. The radiator was delivered on the correct day and the driver sent a text to say it would be with us by 9.30am which it duly was. We were looking for a column radiator with quick delivery just before Christmas, this website stood out from the others (including B&Q) in terms of price and selection and delivery within two days. We thought the price was very good and the delivery service excellent, was able to speak to the delivery driver directly about specific delivery instructions to my address - which he followed precisely and the radiator was pristine.

I have used column rads to supply all of the radiators for my house renovation. The price was the best by far. Delivery is very prompt, helpful, and they call in advance to arrange a slot. Recommended without hesitation.
