I ordered over a couple of radiators over 2 separate orders. The first order came as expected, but the second came with an error. 1 out of 2 radiators were delivered correctly as the vigilant delivery driver (Andy) noticed this mistake and quickly rectified it by offering to re-deliver it on a day that was convenient for me. He stayed in contact with me when it came to the delivery and was very helpful. If it wasn't for Andy I wouldn't have been such a satisfied customer so thank you =0)

As reviews go i dont always trust them, but i can honestly say this company is customer focused. Good price for the radiator and turned up earlier than expected and even before i had left for work at 7am. Great service and would 100% recommend this company to you all.
Found web site by accident, placed order easily. Was surprised to be able to pay on delivery. Radiator arrived in a couple of days also received a phone call to advise on delivery date and time. Price was very competitive. First class all round.

Purchased 4 radiators at an unbelievable price, to my surprise they arrived the next day. The customer service team for this company needs a medal, they are so efficient. I didnt actually need any more rads but because the first batch looked so good i decided to re-order and change the remaining rads throughout my house. Top stuff.
first rads were delivered very quickly but unfortunately they were both scratched. they replaced them straight away with no fuss.

Purchased a radiator from the website in the afternoon, product arrived 8:15am the next morning. Spoke to a couple of the guys on the phone and explained the difference between the products so I had a clear view of what I needed to purchase. Great all round service.
