We had to change our order and the warehouse delivered the new radiator, but the refund which was supposed to be given to the driver was no where to be seen. I presume as we paid by credit card that it has been refunded to our card, but were told the driver would have it when we changed our order to a smaller radiator.

We wanted a column radiator for our Victorian terraced house that we're refurbishing, but wanted something slightly unpredictable. The raw metal rad caught our eye and we thought we'd team it with a black chrome Bentley TRV. Ordering was easy, and the well-packaged delivery was on time. Now it's on the wall and it's jaw-droppingly gorgeous. A nice 'industrial' twist on a classic design idea.

All items delivered as ordered promptly. No problems, packaged securely. All items of good quality at the right price.

Order our radiator on Saturday 17th May and received it on Tuesday 20th, well within the delivery time frame! Slightly bigger than what we needed for our front bedroom but only very slightly and fitted bled and working on Saturday 24th May ! Will certainly buy from Column Rads again if we ever need another radiator for any other of our rooms. Excellent service and delivery person was very helpful by carrying the radiator into the house for my wife as I was at work ...Thank You

I made the initial mistake of judging the company by its prices and expected a long wait for the product and poor service. The radiator arrived at 830 the next working day by one of their own cheerful drivers even though I had selected the cheapest delivery option. Can't recommend this company enough.
