Very happy with our 16 radiators from Column Rads. When we needed an exchange it was done. When we needed delivery ASAP it was done. Danny very helpful in particular. Radiators look great. If there was an issue or delivery date mix up at least it was sorted out as soon as possible and with apologies - a service you expect and want! Thank you!

The radiator is great, very good value for money. Although they forgot our delivery and I had to chase it. But they did well and one of the drivers delivered it on his way home. Good customer care in the end.

The radiator I bought was a very tricky size that I couldn't find anywhere else at anywhere near such a competitive price. The retro looking valves are very classy and solidly build. Customer service was excellent, and even though they sent the wrong valve first time it was replace within 24 hours. Thank you very much all round.

Good prices on radiators, however, store did not call to confirm that items arrived so I can pick them up. It was me that rang them and found out that items were delivered to them.

Two radiators were delivered very quickly by a friendly driver who helped to take each radiator in the specific rooms. the service was great and i will highly reccomend using Column Rads to anyone!

He column rads sorted me out with what I wanted at a price I was more than happy with. If you need any radiators use colum rads.

Had no trouble ordering and getting information through online enquiries. The radiator came within 48 hours and I was kept up to date about a part that had to be sent separately, and which arrived on the same day. No information given in the paperwork about the guarantee promised on the website, so it would be useful to include that.

Radiator was delivered In a couple of days and at a great price.

Delivery arranged initially for Friday 14th, then reconfirmed for the Monday 17th, we arranged for a plumber to arrive late afternoon, phoned the company at 4pm and was told they would check and call back, when they called we were told that there had been a problem and that delivery has been re-arranged for Wednesday, we paid an extra £35.00 to the plumber for wasting his time and we spent 2 days without heating. No apology or compensation offered by the company. otherwise the radiator was fine!!!! Patrick, Stockton on tees.

Over the last couple of years I have bought from this company because the products are of good quality at affordable prices. I have purchased 5 radiators and a central heating boiler and I have always been satisfied. I have recommended these products to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Very good and easy to use web site. Brilliant prices and plenty of choices, shapes and sizes. Delivery driver was very helpful. Asked me were I wanted it placing, making sure it was in a very safe place. We will definitely use then again.
