We have an old victorian house that we are renovating and wanted old style but stylish radiators, so decided to go for the 'old school' sytle column ones in raw metal. Column Rads not only delivered quickly but took a return back at the same time. This was fuss free and the radiators look brilliant. Very high quality. Will definitely use this company again.

Customer service guys were really helpful and friendly, responded to emails promptly and returned calls when promised. The flooring arrived on time, not yet laid so unable to comment on quality.

Ordered radiator on Friday was given delivery date of following Tuesday customer couldn't be in on that day to receive order so asked to re arrange for Friday by email no problem delivered and in good condition cheers would use again

I have never used Column Rads until now, when I needed a specific sized radiator. I tried all the usual places but I was told it would be special order and take a while. I found Column Rads via Google and they had the very thing in stock and delivered it the next day. I was kept well informed of delivery and I am well impressed with the product. I'll certainly recommend them to colleagues and friends.

Ordered on a Sunday. Delivered on Tuesday. Phone call to confirm delivery and another phone call an hour prior to delivery. Both calls were extremely courteous and polite. If only all companies conformed to such high quality customer service. Also the radiators are stunning and extremely good value. Very pleased would be an understatement. Well done columnrads you will be the only company I order radiators from.

A quality radiator bought for an excellent price with almost instant service. You need look nor further than Column Rads when replacing a radiator.

We were able to process the order and pay for the radiators, however the next day received an email to inform us that the radiators cannot be delivered to n ireland. It does not state this on the website.

Did exactly what i said on the tin. A fraction of the cost of some competitors and I'm looking forward to having all 10 fitted!

As with everything I buy, I like to do my research & I stumbled across columnrads.co.uk. I was thinking that there would be something wrong with the radiators or the quality would be poor, but based on other good feedback I decided there was only 1 way to find out... I purchased the radiators & from then on everything was spot on! The delivery was really quick (done by themselves & not a delivery service) & the customer services was great. I unpacked them and was really pleased with the quality. Bottom line... I Would recommend to anyone!!

Arrived quickly as stated. Really great looking towel rail for much less than other suppliers. I haven't fitted it yet but I'm sure it'll be fine

Rad turned up within days - a mix up was made with mine and another local man where we were given each others rads. But the situation was resolved easily and speedily and in the next few weeks will be ordering again from the company
