Danny in the customer service is extremely helpful. The radiator is really stunning- strange to get so excited over a radiator but it is a feature point on my hall wall and we love it. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Well my rads arrived on time great. Nice little things they are. Had a very good deal as, were supposed to be single , but they were out of stock, so they sent doubles,( after phoning to ask if this was ok,) The price was very good.. I even had to cancel one and to my surprize, this was no hassle, and a refund issued right away, does make a nice change, in this country to get a really great service and hassle free goods. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered 3 times now and in each case Product arrives swiftly and in great condition. On one occasion I've need to contact them by phone and was dealt with politely and efficiently.

quality against price is second to none, great value for money but the delivery service is all wrong, once ordered you can't select a delivery date like you can anywhere else your basically given a date, I don't understand how this works, are working folks supposed to take a week off work until there told it's going to be delivered?

Price was the main attraction but the had exactly the style I wanted too. The on-line ordering system was easy. They did have a small issue with regards to delivering the radiators to us but they contacted us in advance and let us worked out what would work best for us. I was very happy with them.
