Overall really pleased but was disappointed that I had to phone about missing items. Was told they were left on the van but similar items were put in a large bag and I would have thought they would have been, anyway sending them out two working days later. Just hope they are right ones items cos they didn't ask!

Made two separate orders when we realised we'd cocked up. Was'nt happy with the first delivery date given,however both orders were consolidated into one a new delivery date agreed us as customers absolutely delighted, they couldn't do enough for us. With regards to the goods fantastic even the plumber was asking the origins well impressed. Overall fantastic.

Had an Aluminium Radiator delivered and discovered that it was too heavy for our stud wall. Rang to request a refund while we reconsidered our options. No problem whatsoever in collecting and refunding. Great to deal with a Company that understood the difficulties. Lovely looking radiator and would have been perfect.

could not deliver correctly ordered unit

ALL AS PROMISED ONLINE...EVEN MANAGED TO CHANGE SIZE ( MY MISTAKE ) AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS; CENTRAL NO. WOULD BE HELPFUL. PROBLEM WAS THAT I ONLY RECIEVED 3 INSTEAD OF 4 COACH BOLTS IN FIXINGS PACKET. HAVING NOTHING HEFTY ENOUGH IN MY SCREW COLLECTION ( IT'S A HEAVY BEAST ) I HAD TO POP TO WICKES & BUY A PACKET OF 10 MINIMUM @ £2.89. ANY CHANCE OF A REFUND OR WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO BUY 9 COACH BOLTS !!!!! APART FROM THIS, ALL EXCELLENT.

Ordered the radiators one day and they were delivered the next so we were able to get them fitted the next day. We chose the raw metal finish and they look great in our room. We have already sung your praises to our Plummer and all our family and friends. Very impressed.

This was my 2nd time ordering. It was Sunday evening and I ordered two radiators. After I placed my order i had a rethink and decided to change the order. I placed a second order and sent an email asking to cancel my first order. The following day, had a confirmation of the correct order and it arrived Tuesday morning. Easy.

We ordered some 5 x GOLD Premium Chrome Angled TVR valves on 24 Sept due for delivery today. All the paperwork confirmed delivery but instead of receiving GOLD valves we received 5 x Evolve Chrome 011E TRV T/Twin Pack. When I complained the sales person stated they had no GOLD TVR's in stock and had done me a favour in sending the Evolve TVR's. In appearance they are nothing like the product we ordered nor of the same quality. After some heated discussion the salesmen agreed to refund our original costs, BUT it still cost me further £16.95 to return the goods. Would NOT trade with the firm again. Buyer beware.

Only needed a single radiator, placed order on line received a reply letting me know when the delivery would be made, arrived on the day specified, a straight forward no hassle transaction. Great product, well packaged and a good price.

Bough a rad 2 months ago during a new build, found it too big, contacted Column Rads, had a new smaller rad delivered and the old unused one collected, thanks guys!

Happy with radiator. Looks great and the price was way below B&Q and other suppliers. The customer service was excellent too. Their delivery timelines are very quick again unlike B&Q that was quoting 3-4 weeks. I got mine from columnrads in 4 days. Originally they gave me a date of Friday which was when I was hoping to get it installed. I phoned them and told them I could really do with it being delivered on Thursday and they agreed and sorted it out. Very very happy with them. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous raw metal radiators, let down by poor delivery. Left unattended outside the house, in the rain and upside down. The large vertical radiator damaged its own hanging brackets from being left resting on them. Unacceptable.

We're thrilled with our raw metal radiator, it's less of a functional item more of a feature. Column Rads have a great delivery team who read the notes I had left and carried out my request perfectly. Super Value all around!
