Really good experience ,delivery was quick customer service excellent. We are looking forward to our new garden furniture in our new house . Have not been able to check over the furniture as went straight to storage .
Speedy delivery of a great product. The new sofa and table covers appear much more robust than our original ones too!
Nothing wrong with the item , except it was diff from the one advertised so not suitable *Add to this, after seeing reply , I’ve placed 3 orders in total with this company - once for the harmony furniture set( 2019) - once for the harmony replacement covers set (2023), and once for the pergola roof canopy(this yr) - I just said I was disappointed that the picture shown is different from the canopy sent , I sent a photo of my explanation- I am keeping it , I’m going to alter it , by cutting off the sewn pole material , and using clips to clip it the way round I need it , I just thought trust pilot asked for a review , I find the answer a tiny bit rude as quite a few of my friends and family have purchased from this company from my recommendation I did send them an email and also another email with the picture of the add on their site , I didn’t find them awfully polite , which I’m really disappointed about as I’ve spent quite a lot of money with them - as you can see from the reply
Good correspondence, delivery was fast . Furniture is lovely we had the Henley set. Very nice quality and assembled with no problem. Good quality furniture . We received the wrong size cover and within 24 hours this was replaced. Highly recommend Club rattan

Ordered this outdoor furniture set very happy with it! Although it got delivered in two separate parts a week apart but all in all very happy I did email the company to advise I had only received box 2of2 and they replied very professionally and quickly would use again definitely 👍🏻
Unfortunately the cover I had on my rattan furniture (bought from Club Rattan) ripped during the high winds. I purchased a new one on 17th December but unfortunately the wrong one was sent and my lovely rattan set (bought from Club Rattan) is exposed to the elements. Club Rattan did respond fairly promptly and advised me they would get the courier to get in touch to uplift the wrong one and deliver the correct one, but as of time of writing I am still waiting...... Moved this review up to three stars from two as club rattan have reached out today, Sunday 29th December and apologised for the delay due to the holiday period and hope to have my cover with me asap. Will keep any readers updated...... Finally the correct cover (hopefully) arrived yesterday. Can't put it on till my furniture dries, so hoping for a spell of dry weather. Moving Club Rattan up to a 4 star rating. Should have been a five as their furniture is great. Cover on and can't fault the quality

Great service from start to finish. Arrived earlier than expected, two small bits to assemble, thick comfy cushions and a cover. Would highly recommend.
Have had the Willow Modular Corner Sofa for nearly 4 years. It looked to be great quality when we first got it and even after a year or two it still looked fine but after 3 years it started to deteriorate to where we are today. 4 years later and the plastic rattan strands on the corner unit have completely snapped making the corner section unusable. The entire sofa has been covered every year from autumn until spring with the cover we bought at the same time as the sofa unit.
We chose this company for our outside furniture based on the quality of reviews. We were not disappointed. We cannot fault Club Rattan for their customer service. We were initially dissatisfied with aspects of our new sofa. They listened to the issue and resolved things swiftly. The furniture itself arrived quickly and very well packaged. The sofa is strong and very sturdy and good quality. We would highly recommend this company for any garden purchases.
Unfortunately we had to wait a month to get it because it was pre order. It arrived on a pallet very well packed. It was so easy to put together because it was not flat packed and needed minimal assembly. What lovely furniture this is. I would also certainly recommend the purchase of a cover because it fits so well and is a brilliant accessory. Thank you Club Rattan. It was well worth the wait.
I ordered the Isobella. The quality is fabulous and so comfortable. I am so impressed. Definitely worth getting the heavy duty cover as well. Great value for money.
Ordered a set 4 years ago and still looks fantastic in the garden, really pleased with the quality of the item! Customer service has been fantastic, even recently as I’ve enquired about replacement covers for the future, very helpful team! Would absolutely recommend!
Easy to order and the furniture arrived 5 days later. The only negative is the back support cushions need to be bigger and thicker as when resting backwards you can feel the framework on your back.
Disappointing service, we ordered a rain cover at the same time as the furniture to ensure we could cover our furniture in the good old British weather. Furniture arrived and no rain cover when we asked where this was we were told it had been lost in the post and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver so I checked the website and it was out of stock. We have had our furniture almost 2 weeks now which has been sat out in the rain due to not receiving the rain cover we paid for. Nearly 2 weeks on and we still have no set date for delivery of the rain cover highly disappointing when you spend a lot of money for something and now it is in the rain with more rain forecast
To be honest I was skeptical about buying furniture that I hadn’t seen or sat on, as comfort is a big thing. However, there was no need to as the customer service has been second to none. Great correspondence throughout, furniture arrived well packaged and undamaged. I looks good, is so comfy and I am delighted with it. I was missing a cushion on the corner suite, but this was quickly dealt with, and the cushion arrived within 2 days. I would highly recommend Club Rattan.
I purchased the Harmony Riser set from Club Rattan in 2020 and was initially delighted with both the product and the delivery. The set looked fantastic, and I took great care of it from September to May each year, ensuring it was covered during the winter months with the cover provided by Club Rattan. However, after just two years, the rattan began to snap. I contacted Club Rattan, and they sent some rattan for repairs, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the situation worsened: the seating started to break beyond repair, and the table under the glass began to deteriorate, eventually bowing completely. I have reached out to Club Rattan several times, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to address the issue. While the Harmony Riser set looked great initially, it has not lasted, and I am extremely disappointed with its durability and the company's customer service. I urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing this product. It may look good when you first receive it, but it does not hold up over time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
The garden furniture I ordered is lovely and a really good price. When it arrived one of the cushion covers was faulty but Club Rattan have an extremely good after sales service and sent a new cover immediately. I can't fault this company and I'm very happy with my purchase and the service.
