Ordered the Henley set from Club Rattan which was on pre order for dispatch mid May. Notification received and order delivered when it said it would. It arrived on a pallet in one huge heavy box and we got to work putting the sofa and table together. Everything was fine until we just could not attach the table to it's base. The screw holes were not aligned and no matter how much we tried we just could not get the screws in all 4 holes. We were also missing 4 parts to complete 2 of the stools. Emails sent back and forth to Club Rattan who sent out a new table and the missing parts. This replacement table had scratches all over the table top and was a different design to the sofa and stools! Again I emailed Club Rattan and was called by Dan to try and sort the issue. In all fairness Dan was great, I was annoyed by the whole situation, but I was prepared to give Dan the chance to sort the problems. Another table top and base were sent out and I am pleased to say these are perfect. We now have a complete Henley Rattan set. Big thanks to Dan for calling and making things right!

Arrived a day late that's all. Delivery guy phoned to explain why. Most helpful delivery on day. Unfortunately south west water closed entrance to our road so he parked close by and wheeled all furniture on a pallet to our house and down the drive. Looks good. Absolutely first class customer support with a rain cover issues. Would highly recommend Club Rattan. How business and customers are ment to interact. Faultless

Absolutely brilliant garden furniture and customer service. We originally ordered a set that was on pre order, however due to a delay I asked to pay more and change to the Collette set that was in stock. They responded within a couple of hours, sent me a replacement invoice and delivered the set on next day delivery!! They went above and beyond and to top it all the furniture is wonderful and exceeded all expectations. I would 100% recommend Club Rattan, absolutely brilliant.
I have recently used Club Rattan for my purchase of a sofa garden furniture set the advisor in chat was amazing and so helpful even over the bank holiday weekend. I purchased the 6 piece set but was worried about the cover been out of stock and the advisor quickly responded and found one in the warehouse house and put in on the website and and sent a link for me to buy straight away. I'm so pleased with my purchase.
We bought a Lille sofa from Club Rattan about four years ago and it’s been a superb buy for a few reasons. The sofa itself is excellent quality - it’s extremely comfy and even though it’s had loads and loads of use, it looks as good as new. I’ve had to contact Club Rattan on two occasions over the four years and the customer service has been superb. The first time some stitching had come undone on a cushion, the second time a leg had broken probably due to the weather because it’s left outside (covered) all year round. On both occasions I emailed, had a response within a day asking for a photograph and within 3 days had received a replacement part at no charge. I have recommended Club Rattan to several people and when our sofa finally needs replacing I will go straight to them for our next one due to the quality of product and customer service
Excellent quality and a good price. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed of delivery etc. Most of it was already assembled which made life easier. Looks very good too.
We brought the Harmony set in feb 2024 It was packed well and arrived save on our drive I had the set ready made so we just had to unpack The cushions for the seats are lovely and thick so you don't feel frame underneath the covers are zipped so easy to wash the table was so easy just unpack and clip on tight with little force and just pull up and it can be placed for coffee table and the glass is heavy so it takes two Delivery was quick and happily dropped on drive for me it comes packed on a pallet so we got it of pallet but left packing on till May as weather has been bad ecept glass we stored indoors We covered the set with the free cover I would highly recommend to family and friends
Club Rattan gave an expected delivery window of between 3 to 10 days. My furniture arrived on day 3 !! I'm so pleased with it just what I wanted. Especially as it was a birthday present to me from me! 😆
We purchased a garden furniture set last summer from Club Rattan and unfortunately 1 of the zips has broken, After contacting them 1 of their team visited their warehouse and found a spare cover. They have not only sent me a cover but also a full cushion with a 2nd cover. Great service, great product Thank you
Having previously bought a furniture set which was amazing value for money I purchased a fire pit for my daughter’s Christmas present One of the glass panels on the top got broken and I contacted customer services asking whether I could buy a replacement the replacement arrived in less than a week at no charge I wish every company was as amazing as Club Rattan has been. I will definitely recommend The company. Originally purchased on our next door neighbours recommendation after they purchased a beautiful furniture set again at an amazing price. I have bought two different furniture sets from Club Rattan and have been delighted with both. Reasonably priced and were ready assembled which was a huge bonus. My husband accidentally broke one of the Glass panels which surround the centre table firepit. I emailed club rattan to ask if I could purchase one panel and explained what had happened. They are sending a replacement panel free of charge. What an amazing customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.

The delivery time was A1 and the agent really helpful putting the pallet into my garage for storage… it’s huge and heavy ! I built the units last night, not down to Club Rattan but an electric screwdriver with Allen Key attachment makes it much, much easier. Instructions are clear, make sure you don’t tighten screws up until you’ve built each section. The cover is a perfect fit too, quite costly but better than a box version from elsewhere.I will put the cushions on today to see the full effect, so far very happy.
Felt I had to come on and give this company a review. We purchased a Harmony set way back in August 2020 and it’s been a fabulous set and was in perfect condition until recently. It suffered some damage due to being placed too near to a chiminea and some of the rattan has melted on the side edge of the table (teenage son 🙈). I emailed the company on Monday this week to ask if they sold replacement table tops or a repair kit and they responded straight away to say they didn’t but could send out some pieces of rattan in the same colour so that we could try to make a repair ourselves. There are several YouTube tutorials showing how to do this. The pieces of rattan arrived today. This is amazing customer service. It hasn’t cost us anything and my furniture can now be restored to its former glory. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
