My furniture came 2 weeks after ordering. We couldn’t put it up due to bad weather and the cover being delayed. Once up I am over the moon with it. Minimal assembly required and a fantastic suite for the money. Would defo recommend
After spending many hours, searching for a good quality and well priced lounge set, we decided to purchase the Harmony set. We were not disappointed, from placing the order, to receiving delivery and setting up, it has all been faultless. We ordered on 26th April and the set was promptly delivered by a very friendly company on 5th May. We unpacked a few days later as the weather had been poor until this point. Everything was well protected in the boxes and it was lovely to have the sofas already built, all we had to do was clip them together and set the cushions out. The table was also very easy with just a few screws to pop in and withing 40mins we were sitting on it enjoying a bit of sunshine. The furniture is very sturdy, well built and good quality fabric etc. We're so happy with our purchase. Thanks Club Rattan!

I preordered this garden furniture date was stated as May delivery and it was actually delivered mid April. Furniture was easy to assemble. Very good quality I was particularly impressed with the quality and material of the cushions. I would definitely recommend.

We are happy with our purchase of the aster corner sofa with table and two stools. Website was easy to use. Received confirmation straight away via email. Didn’t get a phone call from the couriers to decide on a date but thankfully we were in on the date that we received a message to say it was being delivered. Unfortunately right at the end of putting the furniture together we came across an issue of a part that was bent- we managed to put it all together and contacted clubrattan as soon as we knew who were very responsive to my email and we came to a resolution speedily. Furniture is lovely- minus the damaged part- seems of good quality so far. Also we had two parts which were labelled the wrong way round which made for an interesting build however we figured it out and got it together eventually ha. I would recommend club rattan on the customer service alone though. They were fantastic in resolving our issue- and the furniture looks great. Thanks
Purchased Aster high back large. Delivery within one week, great communication from company and delivery company. Put it together this afternoon and really pleased with it. Easy enough to assemble, good quality and thick cushions. Would highly recommend
Ordered online, received the Pre - Order Modern Range Lille Corner Sofa with Dining Table two weeks before expected delivery; very positive surprise. Everything arrived packed well. Delivered directly onto the patio. Very pleased with purchase.

Fantastic furniture delivered promptly and looks great! only issue we have had is that since it’s delivery it’s been out and covered up due to the worst weather i have ever known for April. Would definitely recommend Club Rattan though.
Delivered the wrong product. Package is huge so difficult to store whilst sorting issue. Weather is poor so had to leave package outside. Contact Is very difficult as no telephone number. Either email or on line chat which is an extremely slow process for both ways of contact. To date (03/04/2023) they accepted that wrong one delivered but nothing confirming when the exchange will happen. Really frustrating considering the value of the item. Would consider this when chosing furniture.
Pop-up Table We were initially dubious about buying from an online shop and thought we might have been correct to worry when the table that was only available in grey turned up in brown. We were more than a bit disappointed when this arrived, as we got the wrong colour unit and it was also damaged. Once we emailed the company to complain, we had a very swift response (we were told that the warehouse had made the error) and the wrong item was collected and replaced with the correct table within the week. We are very happy with the new table, especially for the price we paid. Overall very happy with the service and after sales, just a shame the mistake was made to start with or they would have had 5 stars. I would happily buy from them again.
Placed the order one week, received the Modern Range Left Hand Corner Set the next week. Delivery excellent. The set is great and looks fab. Customer service has been exceptional. Would definitely recommend.
Not yet assembled furniture but looks good, packaging was vey strong However I had to chase up delivery as I had paid for the furniture but it wasn’t processed Once contacted it was expedited very quickly
