Ordered and saw that it could take 7-12 days before its despatched - fair enough. This time lapsed and i contacted them. Assured it would be despatched at the end of the month (end of July). Its now the 3rd August and ive not heard a word about the delivery. Emailed them again and ill now probably have to wait days before i get a reply. Very poor to be honest. A contact telephone number would be really useful to actually speak to someone as the website chat is just an email service. Edit - 15/08/2023 Finally the furniture has been delivered. To be fair on Club Rattan, the delivery company took 4 "attempts" to deliver it due to various reasons on their part. Which delayed it for a week. Almost 4 weeks from order to delivery, when they say 7-12 days on their site.
I ordered a Harmony corner soda, table and 2 stool set from ClubRattan in Aug 2020. All good with ordering and delivery experience and the first 2 years of the product. Unfortunately, less than 3 years later, the rattan on the table top (under the glass) and the two stools has completely failed and is broken. One stool seat collapsed just from someone sitting on it. Really poor quality than doesn’t last. We have looked after the set and also ordered one of their covers to protect it over the winter months. We have a rattan table and chairs from another company purchased 2019 which is still in perfect condition! So this makes us realise ClubRattan is not good quality.
Read all the reviews beforehand and still decided to give it a go. I've ordered one of the top set 4 weeks ago and promptly received an email the next working day stating the set was dispatched. Since then, customer service was responsive at first via chat until the order number was given to check for updates, but after that no replies whatsoever. Quite randomly today I received an email of refund without stating the reason nor an apology. Complete waste of time and absent customer service. Not a reputable company. I will go somewhere else where you can actually see the product, ascertain that is in stock and having reassurances + customer service provided at minimal regarding delivery.
I ordered a corner sofa unit. The product was delivered ahead of schedule and was well packed. The quality is satisfactory and as described. So far so good. It’s only when you have some queries or want to get in touch that things become unsatisfactory. This company is a nightmare to communicate with. Be aware there is no phone number if you have a problem it’s all via email and you may or may not get a reply. In summary, if all runs smoothly and there is no need to get in touch it will be fine. The negative reviews are around aftercare and lack of interaction. You have been warned.
I have chosen a corner outdoor sofa set that I would like, but it seems next to impossible to get answers to my questions about it. I have tried the Chat Line and by email, but they don’t seem in the least bit interested. So I won’t be spending +£500 with this company, so I have to go back to searching for another set.
Had a problem with a set that I ordered. They offered me compensation and were very quick in responding and settling. Great customer service.
great customer service friendly to speak to i would deffinatly use again product looks and feels worth a lot more than we payed for it . I would recomend club rattan it also turned up sooner than we thought excellent
From ordering to delivery was 5 star. Ordered last Sunday and it was delivered today. Delivery driver who I believe was from Rattan park was fantastic and very friendly. Only down fall was the instructions as it was all flat packed but was ok to put together. Highly recommend this company.
Just received our Harlow Range Left Hand Corner Sofa with Rising Table in Large Grey Rattan. Purchasing this from start to finish was so easy, no issues. Updated us with delivery schedules and despatch notifications. Pallet line who delivered arrived when they approximately advised. Packaged perfectly by club rattan. Definitely recommend based on our experience. Looks and feel high quality.
Ordered the furniture and the saw the reviews and my heart sank. I thought I'd really been suckered in. Delivery info wasn't great I'd pre-ordered for Delivery by the start of June which wasn't overly helpful, as the end of May approached I got more concerned I had been scammed. However I got a dispatch notification a few days later and a then a call from the carrier company. The delivery company were great and delivered on time and put the item where I asked on the drive. Putting the furniture together was OK, the instructions we got were wrong but my husband and I figured it out pretty quickly and all the holes lined up. The set looks fantastic and is sturdy and secure. I'm really sorry other people didn't have a great experience but I for one will be ordering again
I purchased a garden set from this company on Amazon nearly 4 weeks ago, the set has not arrived they are giving me details of the courier when I contact the courier they said they had no delivery for my postcode. I’m just been messed about by Club Rattan. Take your money and don’t deliver the product!!
I wanted to buy some furniture and messaged them. I’ll I got was referring me to shopify ( not sure). Having read the reviews I think I pay extra and get my furniture from Amazon( at least if not good enough you can send it back and get your money) very disappointed.
Late arriving,(no pallets) been warehousing all my life never heard that one before. Eventually arrived without any warning???, Now we find there is no cover which was part of the original order, currently check with Their wearehouse ,( been 7 days doing that) no updates,no communication. Very frustrating so far.
Avoid this company. The furtlniture that has arrived seems good for the.money, but I can't use it to be sure. Missing boxes missing legs and missing corner seats, so nothing goes together. The communication is absolutely awful, and too many reviews confirm that when it goes wring it stays wrong. Disgusted that I now have to involve the credit card company because a company literally refuses to respond. For the amounts you are paying for this furniture it is really not worth the risk. Better to use a company that will speak to customers. There are enough out there that do.
So disappointed- have had it less than 3 years- rattan on the table has split leaving patches all over. Poor quality- didn’t expect to have this happen. Must be a design fault with the riser table as other people have experienced the same. Really wish that I’d know this before
Ordered a rattan table and chairs from this company, the armchair came split so i had to glue this together myself (if i could post pictures i would), after a couple of years the actual rattan on the table has all split which looks ugly under the clear glass, even though we cover table and chairs after use.. The company would only give me a small discount on a new table to be ordered. The metal is also rusting which obviously wont last long. Wouldn't buy from here again.
Initially the communications regarding the initial delivery was good albeit the delivery date was dropped on us at very short notice. Part of delivery was damaged when unpackaged and had to be returned. We was informed a replacement would take 21 days. It is now over 25 days and not one single update. I have sent 4 emails over last 10 days and not a single response. Looking at a lot of comments on their Facebook page they appear to have gone quiet on the customer service front for a lot of people with issues! Not great!
Happy with the furniture, however the delivery driver drove into our neighbours fence and caused substantial damage to it. After 3 weeks I have been able to get even an acknowledgement from the company let alone paying for damages despite the driver 100% accepting fault and stating that this was the only way to get this dealt with. Pretty disgusting not to even get a response.
Beautiful furniture, excellent service and the delivery driver was super helpful. We chose the flat pack option which was a little fiddly but no more than any flat pack assembly!
Expected to wait over a few weeks but was delivered after a week of ordering! Amazing process from start to finish and the delivery driver Lucas was extremely helpful!
