Order arrived within good timescale. Delivery on time and lovely courier who couldn’t have been more helpful. We didn’t receive the cover with the order. It arrived a week later which was a shame as the weather was awful. After querying a couple of times it arrived. Overall a comfy set and good value for the price. I would recommend.
I bought a harmony rising set from Club rattan many years ago and have loved this set, the quality is fantastic. I noticed this week after uncovering it from the winter protection cover that several holes appeared in the table top under the glass! Was absolutely devastated! I emailed customer services to see if I could order & buy just a replacement table top, everything else is still perfect, I received a reply almost immediately offering to look into this for me as they don’t usually stock spares! Within a few days CR has kindly offered to arrange a replacement top for me and free of charge! I’m blown away with their customer service and speed of replies! Despite this being well out of warranty they’ve surpassed my expectations and I am absolutely delighted with this outcome! I really would recommend Club rattan, furniture is amazing quality and the service is so efficient and what a fabulous outcome to what started as a devastating start of my week! Was missing some bits but was really impressed with how quickly it all came. Great customer service. Would definitely continue to shop with Club Ratten. Great quality for reasonable price.
Decent quality furniture which I’m really pleased with. Would have given 5 starts, however the delivery process was a little bit of a let down.
My reason for the 4 star rating is due to the paperwork/communication being confusing/lacking. The paperwork suggested that if an additional cover had been ordered and was arriving separately then this would be delivered by DPD, so when I received an email from APC with a delivery date I was expecting at the furniture. However, what as delivered was the cover. The APC tracking reference never worked, so I was concerned where my furniture was. It turned up without prior notification a week later. We are really happy with the quality of the furniture but can't yet vouch for the comfort as the weather has been cold and wet since it was delivered. Finally the sun has come out, so we have been able to sit on it. I have to say I am impressed at how comfortable it is... I even fell asleep 😄
Club Rattan couldn’t fulfill our initial order but offered us another set at a discounted price. This arrived quickly but unfortunately the rain cover and 3 back cushions were missing but I emailed them and they were dispatched overnight and were delivered 8 am the next day. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend this company. The furniture is outstanding too.
This is my second glowing review for Club Rattan. With the weather finally improving, I decided to bring out my furniture set for the first time. Unfortunately, the rain cover for my Winchester U shaped set did not fit properly. However, Club Rattan impressed me with their excellent communication and quick resolution to the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. It's rare to find such exceptional service from companies these days, which is why I highly recommend Club Rattan to others and will definitely be a returning customer. I actually became a customer myself because my mother recommended them to me. Kudos to Club Rattan for delivering outstanding customer service!
We have bought several items of garden furniture from this company and now that we have a problem they aren’t interested in trying to help resolve it! Wouldn’t buy anything from them again. No phone number to speak to anyone, no immediate response to online chat so you have to wait for an email reply. Responses were bordering on rude!
We received an email in the morning to say our order was being delivered so my husband took time off work to stay at home for the 2 hour delivery slot and all that was delivered was the cover. There was nothing to say only part of the order was being delivered. If we had known it was only the cover then he wouldn’t have taken time off work as his mum was at our house looking after our children and she could have handled the cover. We couldn’t leave her to take delivery of the furniture as she wouldn’t be able to lift this. We are now left not know if there has been an error in the furniture not being delivered or if it was supposed to just be the cover? Edit-following leaving the above review we have received a call to say the furniture is ready to be delivered which is great news! It would still have been helpful to have known it would be delivered in parts and which bit was being delivered and when

Arrived well packaged delivery driver was polite and helpful in the delivery. All unpacked and it’s absolutely fantastic very comfortable and the chairs are as wide as my settee in my lounge the table is really functional by lowering and rising which is safe for my 4 year old granddaughter playing around in the garden no sharp edges to bang into. Excellent garden furniture solid and puts together really easy .
We are delighted with our garden furniture. Here in Cornwall we have had 2 dry and warm days, in March, so pleased to be able to try out our furniture. Only one issue. I now have 2 covers. The website suggested a cover is recommended (totally agree), so I ordered one at £45.00. However I also received one packaged with the furniture. Did seem a bit odd. Wouldn’t have ordered and paid for a cover if I had known one was included.
Let's start with the positive - the furniture is perfect! Excellent quality and looks beautiful on our patio. Would definitely recommend. The negative was the delivery issues. The items came in two deliveries which meant we had to stay in for 3 days in total which was a bit annoying but appreicate this was outside of the companies control as a 3rd party delivery company was used. We were kept up to date throughout the process so couldn't complain.
Furniture looks fabulous however the delivery wasn’t so smooth 3 times my date was changed, I’d organised my shifts round delivery.When I was given my 3rd date I had a pm appointment so I was assured it would be an am delivery, however this wasn’t the case I called the distributor at midday to be told it be late afternoon. I then had to get my son to come round.
They were great as I could pay but couldn’t receive my furniture till later. I got in touch with them and they said no problem they would keep it until I could receive my furniture.
Ordered our garden furniture 3 years ago and very pleased with it needed a new rain cover and customer services were very helpful and efficient ensuring we got the right cover for our garden set . It’s good to know some companies still give great customer service thank you
Fast process of the order and delivery service by helpful driver and at estimated time. Amazing high end quality of product. Superb customer service- I didn’t realise the product came with a free rain cover and I tried to order a cover as well. The customer service team straight away emailed me to check I didn’t want two, and when I said I only needed the free one, they refunded the cost of the extra rain cover ordered by mistake to my bank account. Would definitely order other products from club rattan again in the future.
