I created an account and added two items and shortly thereafter received an email with two contacts included, one being a product support specialist if I were to have questions. The one item, presumably in-stock shipped immediately and was quickly received. The other item was shipped a few days later. I may be buying a hot-water pressure washer and will give this company the opportunity to supply it.

y power head machine was damaged in transit . I've called and left message, sent email with pictures and nobody has helped me get it replaced.
I ordered a carpet extractor. extractor was delivered but wand (in seperate box) never made it. i emailed customer service about it expecting that i would be out of luck because we blindly signed the freight BOL, not realizing there was supposed to be two boxes. Cole B in customer service sent a replacement wand out immediately. Super thankful it was taken care of without an issue. Great customer service. Thank you.
