Our company purchased a floor cleaner, but never had time to assemble nor use it. After assembly, I purchased buffing pads and solution. All in all, my experience has been very good! And the buffer's assembly and instruction manual was very good!

Our scrubber came in on time we were all excited, when we open the box our excitement turned in to disappointment when we saw the cord we ordered a battery. We got on the phone with customer services. She looked up the order saw the mistake, was so understanding and apologizing and started the return process. That machine was picked up now we wait for our battery scrubber.

Ordered 3 - 10 Pack of Screens to sand hardwood floors, ordered 80, 120 and 150 grit. Received 60, 80 and 120 (I Think). I have hickory hardwood floors, very hard, therefore I’m going to used what I received and see what happens

ordered new handle for non heated 3g extractor and it came with a small 8in hose attached 🤷🏻 makes no sense. Took my old one apart to try to interchange but its so damn cheap plastic broke🤬 💥 Company reached out about this which shows me they care and with their help i have a different style hose and metal head ordered..thx guys and a shout out to Tim for his assistance

Great pads. They work exactly as advertised. The green pads will remove a layer of floor finish. I used one of them with some neutral cleaner to perform a scrub and recoat on my church's vct tile floor, with fantastic results. The red pads are ideal for light duty scrubbing of hard floors (removes debris and scuff marks without harming the floor finish). Very pleased with my purchase.

Good product

Bigger than what I expected, but definitely gets the job done! I work full time but clean houses on the side and it was a great add on to my business. The lady’s house I cleaned, had carpets they were destroyed from their 5 cats and 1 dogs and it brought them back to life. Looked brand new! And the cleaning solution helped get all the hard stains out the carpet. Can’t wait to order more attachments!

I did a lot of research on this unit and found it to be the best price I got. The extra 5% paid for the shipping. I was a little disappointed in the size of the extractors handle. It would be nice if there was a mini to get in the smaller places. I did the carpeting on a GMC terrain and found I couldn't get into the tighter places. The seats worked well.\ Overall I think the unit will be fine.
