He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and offered practical advice that we can implement right away. His thorough approach and professionalism gave us confidence that we are on the right track, and his clear guidance has made a huge difference in understanding our health and safety obligations. We really appreciate the inspector's expertise and how approachable he was, making the whole experience much smoother than we expected.

So we had a mini audit on site and a teams call, both carried out by Richard Pearce. The first thing of note was Rich's EQ. We have just had our annual H&S visit from Citation. This is new to me and Joanne was extremely helpful at explaining everything. The documents etc were all turned around very quickly and efficiently. This gives us peace of mind for another year.
