Please do not sign up with Citation for your ISO . As they Trap you when you sign the Contract. you have to read the Small Print. We are also a Small Family Run Business who signed up with QMS ( Now Citation) in 2010 and all was Good. but since things Changed in 2021 when it all went online, Citation put in the Contract that you have Signed up for 10 years, if you like it all not, which you are Probably not aware of and if you Terminate you have to pay the Remainder years left on the Contract - up front to settle. This is not good and is very unreasonable for any Company to pay. I am Left now with a £12500.00 bill which i have now been taken to court for and further getting threatened with enforcement. We have had no Communication with Citation regarding this - and has left this in the hands of their Solicitors DWF Law who also do not Communicate very well. No letters and very little email and threats - just happy to let the process go to court and Collect the Money. Very Upset and Angry why this Citation is doing this to Vulnerable Companies - Please go to a Solicitor for Advice like we have done and i am interested to talk to anyone out there going through like we do right now with Citation, If you are a current Customers of Citation, Its Important that you get your Solicitors to read the contract you have Signed from Citation and obtain their Advice This is a Reply to CITATION Response Yes we did Fall into the Arrears with Payment but we made an Arrangement with Citation Solicitors to bring us back up to date . which we did in March 2024 but Since then we had No Communication with Citation Despite me Trying to contact Them . After that we had very little Communication with Citations Solicitors who chose just to Prosecute rather that Discuss Amicably. How ever Citation Do not Explain to you, when you First Enter Discussions to carry out the Management of your ISO, That Citation have put in the Contract that you have now signed up for 10 years with them Paying Ex Amount per Month and that there is a Big Penalty if you wish to Terminate your Agreement with Them i.e you have to pay Up Front Half of the Remaining years left on the Contract. Instead the have just put in the Small Print of the Contract. If this part of the Contract is explained to their Customers before you Sign Up - I think Businesses would think Twice about Letting Citation Manage your ISO Systems. All Customers should Check their Contracts with a Solicitor

A fantastic intro to Citation Kevin our H & S Consultant was great, he really did know his stuff and made things feel very achievable.

I am utterly appalled by Citations reaction to our contract renewal. After 10 years with the company, our contract has rolled into auto-renewal with absolutely zero discussion or notice regarding our new contract. Our company has shrunk in size and we no longer have the need or the finances for this service. We have now been told that we are past our 6 month notice cancellation period and even though our current contract is still valid, it will be impossible to cancel the auto-renewal in time. After 10 years of great service, I now feel let down and completely trapped by Citation. With a total future payment value of over £25,000.00 spread over 7 years, this is a bitter pill to swallow and a very detrimental financial commitment for our small business.
