Our annual H&S audit took place yesterday with Stephen Roberts. He took the time to provided guidance and suggestions on way in which we could carry out tasks more effectively using the tools available through Citation.
Very helpful; focused the training on our needs and requirements to support the areas of the business we specifically need help with.
Our Annual H&S review with Kevin Forth on Friday went very well. I was able to demonstrate how we had taken on board previous advice and were developing some aspects further. The great thing is to be able to ask about anything I am not sure about and getting the support I need to ensure the business is compliant. Kevin is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and the meeting was a way of helping me to recognise the progress made and any tweeks we could implement. Since joining Citation our H&S journey has progressed greatly and further use of the Atlas resources will enable us to keep moving forward.
Marie gave a detailed introduction to Atlas. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. Thank you for taking the time to walk me through the platform.
The recent site visit we had from Shane at Citation was carried out very professionally and Shane was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.
she made the meeting very welcoming and easy to understand what current legislation are and what we needed to learn from the meeting was very clear.
Giving the experience a 4 at the moment as I can see the Citation team are a massive beast of a business that have lots of great people in the team but all feels a little disjointed and rushed at the start but we are getting there. The Atlas Hub is excellent and with the initial help of Marie's guidance we should be well-placed to get the best of what it has to offer. thanks.

We had a health and safety induction to the Atlas portal This was delivered by Elidona - Elidona was very informative and made the portal easy to understand
Worst campany. Would never recommend, have been issued with 11k to pay by 25th October. However contacted them trying to arrange a payment plan, in july . I have missed a few payments due to been in hospital and diagnosed with a couple of illnesses and then having to play catch up with my bills. Their threatening behaviour and bully boy tactics has really put a sour taste in my mouth. They really don't care, I haven't used the service for years. I don't know where to go. Stephen Roberts came for his second visit. Very supportive and coaching approach and we feel we are improving our standards as a result of his help. Very good use of time spending 3 hours with Stephen and my team are learning and developing as a result.
Excellent service from Jon Vamplew. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He was very efficient in understanding our company needs and delivered on the best result. Overall Citation have been a great company to work with and their expertise has proved to be vital.
