Absolutely awful website for drawing up documents and keeping track of employee data. I don’t know who codes this website but wow 🤦‍♀️🤢😂. User intuitive obviously isn’t in their vocabulary. Also watch for their hidden T&Cs as a company when you sign up with them. 6 months notice? What for? Why on Earth do you require 6 you have had 5 months notice! If your admin team requires 6 months to process a cancellation then there is something wrong there, unless of course you employ sloths? 🤔 Where was the reminder the contract would renew in March 2025. Don’t you think that should have been a priority 3 months ago when you knew the 7 year contract was coming to an end? Perhaps it’s still with your super slow admin team, maybe only half written and due to be delivered May 2025? 😂 Then they strong arm you to stay with them for another 7 years or threaten to take you to court with their in house legal team. Oh but if you finish or go bump then they will consider allowing you to just pay for some of the 7 years! 😂. Absolutely Hilarious! Disgusting company 🤬

We had our annual on site office Health and Safety review yesterday. The Citation assessor was Joanne Munro, she was excellent and worked with us through out the audit. It was a successful audit and we are very happy with the support we get from Joanne on areas that we needed help.

Had basic Atlas training carried out by Marie. Very nice lady. The training was somewhat speedy but we were running late and she had to attend another meeting. However as the training was recorded, this was not a problem so I can refer back to it as and when. Marie also send me some extra articles to assist.

Shane was extremely helpful and informative. More than happy to recommend.

A great pleasure to welcome Richard Pearce back to site, knowledgeable, with a common sense approach to health & safety, with Richard you can openly discuss your issues and his advice is always welcome.

Stephen Roberts conducted our HSE Audit from Citation. Stephen arrived early, was courteous, knowledgeable and provided help, information and advice in a friendly manner, making for a pleasant audit.

Richard Pearce is very knowledgeable and personable in his approaches to the site visit he recently attended here. The advise he gave was top rated and he allowed us to be able to work within the bounds of health and safety whilst also taking into considerations for the setting that we are. Would definitely recommend Richard for anyone who needs a H&S site visit.

The full day assessment and consult was a great way to understand Atlas, the health and safety management system. I was shown how I can best utilise it based on our needs. Our consultant, Stephen R walked me through it. We also discussed the tasks that requires action from our part and it was good to know that as an organisation, we are moving in the right direction. Steve has a wealth of knowledge regards H&S and he has posted me to where I can find these information. He shared a lot of insight on how we can ensure to keep health and safety a priority in the workplace and gave his honest assessment. For the full day consult, I give it a 5 because it was clearly delivered but the calls with different people prior to this assessment was a let down because it was disjointed.

I would never recommend Citation to anyone, especially small or micro-businesses, after seeing how they treated my sister’s business. She reached out to them during a financially difficult period, hoping for some flexibility or a manageable payment plan. Despite her efforts to explain her situation, Citation refused any compromise, insisting on full payment and showing no empathy for her circumstances. The strain of their demands has been overwhelming. My sister’s financial struggles became so severe that she’s now had to rely on Universal Credit just to get by, while Citation continues to demand payment without considering the human impact. The unrelenting pressure has left her falling behind on basic bills, affecting her health severely. She now suffers from high blood pressure, anxiety, and has even needed counseling to cope with the stress and sleepless nights their rigid approach has caused.

Stephen is always a pleasure to speak with when visiting for our annual H&S inspection. Stephen has a wealth of knowledge which he applies well when speaking through our various issues/points.
