I've only been using citation personally for a few weeks, but in that time I've received fantastic guidance. Natalie Hunter is an asset to the company.

As a company, we have used Citation over a number of years. I would say personally for me my experience with Chris Peers has proved a worthwhile one. His knowledge and expertise are a gift. He was constructive, informative and rang when he said he would ring. He guided me throughout which provided me with the confidence to go forth confidently with the task in hand. He also discussed at length any questions that I had which meant I never felt rushed. A positive experience all round.

Citation have always been so helpful with everything and anything needed. The system is easy to use and very efficient. We have recently has an office H&S inspection carried out by Matt Bushell which was completely pain free enjoyed his company and was very helpful. Highly recommend working with Citation.

Chris Warden was professional, knowledgeable and extremely help when he attended my business. He througherly checked our records and made suggestions on improvements which could be made. He even gave me some further training on Citation which was really helpful

We required some advice on some H&S and compliance forms as there were some particularly difficult questions to answer. We spoke with Steven Payne who was extremely helpful in providing us with the resources we needed in order to complete the task. Steven was very friendly and polite and answered all questions no matter how difficult! We highly recommend Citations services :)

Just had the first health and safety meeting with Joanne Munro. It was very informative and Joanne took time to explain what was required and the reasons why certain things were needed . All in all a very worth while exercise . R

Elidonna was very good and quickly showed me how to complete some tasks on Atlas to make my work processes a lot easier. Elidonna made it simple and quick for me to achieve my goals
