Health and safety audits for a small company like ours can be very daunting and overwhelming. Thankfully Leon Deverson was appointed to us to make it all a breeze, he came to out location and walked us through the process. We have a clear plan to work towards and support to help achieve our targets.
Frances is always excellent and I try to use her whenever it is possible as she is very patient and helpful. Her advice is pragmatic and she explains things clearly and goes through the various scenarios and potential outcomes so that you come off the phone with a clear direction. Her advice helps me deal with matters with confidence.

Andrew Mullins has been our Health and Safety advisor for two years. The annual inspection visit is always helpful, informative with guidance on issues where we as an SME finds the costs associates difficult to justify. Andrew is always available to offer guidance and advice along with the Citation team.
