Be careful everyone! Citation are not even UKAS accredited. Which means their certification is not recognized under international standards. Don't waste your money.
Citation- Quiqcare NHS PAM Software is a useful cost effective tool to assist the collection of evidence and scoring of the NHS PAM. I would recommend to Healthcare providers.

We have just moved over to Citation and although I found the training for the Atlas platform a little too fast and could maybe do with an extra half hour so you can ask questions whilst going through things, the support I have had to a particular case within our small company has been great. They have supported me with letters/messages etc to ensure I deal with the situation correctly and professionally and this is what we wanted from the company we chose. I have spoken to someone different each time I have called about the case and due to their notes taken they are aware of the whole situation so I don't have to keep going over things every time. So far so good
