He took the time to walk me through the areas where gaps were identified, providing clear and helpful explanations to ensure a complete understanding of the improvements required. Where strong evidence of compliance was provided, Alex gave positive feedback, acknowledging the efforts and good practices already in place. Overall, his approach was professional, constructive, and supportive, making the audit a valuable learning experience.

Tom was friendly and informative. He helped me navigate the menus and sort out the issue I had. No guess work just knew where to go and what to do.

Poor and slow communication. Customer experience- staff work from home and you can tell. Hear the back ground noises of a running home. You send an email in and even if you title it 'urgent' they do not get back to you for days and if you reply for further information you wait days again. Would not recommend.

Michael Mullins recently attended our site for our annual health & safety audit. Michael was very friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We feel more confident in moving forward.

Stephen Roberts was on point, during my struggle with certain tasks on Atlas. From the moment he spent on the phone guiding me through the system he gave clear and concise instructions which allowed me to tackle the issue quickly. Stephen was attentive and understood the issue instantly. He also gave a few suggestions to help me manage the system better in the process. I gave him 5 stars because of his professionalism in handling the matter and his extreme patience. Everyone on the help desk should be like him.

Glenn made me feel at ease, was helpful, through. He provided good feedback to our processes, procedures, policies in order to find ways to improve and assist in efficiencies and compliance. He gave me some useful tips and recommendations which I'll be taking forward. A good review was undertaken that left me feeling enthused and proud of our compliance.

We have been using Citation for several years now and have consistently been impressed with their services. While the Atlas portal could benefit from some refinement, the advice from the Employment Law team has been exceptional. Sharon Hunt, in particular, is an outstanding consultant and an invaluable asset to the company. Recently had Lee Smith undertake our Annual H&S inspection. Lee arrived timely and he listened to my concerns too. Also gave valuable advice and followed it up with sending supportive documentation too. Also he followed up an enquiry I had outstanding with Citation and I got a call the next day.

We had Mike from Citation attend our company to deliver EDI training. Mike was so professional, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have him over the three days imparting his knowledge and experience to help us move forward as a business
