Suzie Pattern, visited the Butterfly's Care Home in Colchester to conduct the annual H&S review of the home. Suzie was very helpful throughout her visit and put Frazer at ease, as he is used to dealing with men in regards to these audits. I found her to be very knowledgeable, polite and friendly during her stay.
Shane carried out our H&S visit, made myself & colleagues feel at ease, was helpful, throughout, provided good feedback to our processes, procedures, policies in order to find ways to improve and assist in efficiencies and compliance. This company is a bully. If you cannot keep paying because your company is not growing they will force and you cannot cancel the contract even if you do not use them.
