Chronoedge Limited are experts in buying, selling and part exchanging luxury watches and jewellery. Established in 2013 by Andrew Whittingham after an extensive 25 year career in sales, management and Director level positions for some of the UKs finest watch and jewellery retailers. Previous roles involved working closely with every prestigious Swiss watch brand, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer. By combining the skills, knowledge and experience gained we can offer fine watches and jewellery at very competitive prices. We don't have the huge overheads usually associated with retailing luxury watches as we are office based, meaning we can offer prices rarely available through the mainstream retailers. Our strategy is simple - low overheads, tight margins, extensive expertise and the exceptional customer service you would expect from a luxury watch and jewellery retailer. Our pre-owned watches are systematically checked and restored if needed. Our watches are sold in perfect or nearly perfect condition. They have also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history. All watches presented can be seen and picked up in our office in Wilmslow, Cheshire at your convenience or sent by insured courier. Please note that office visits are by appointment only and because our watches are securely stored away from our offices in a bank vault, we usually require 24 hours notice for a viewing. If you are not delighted with your purchase then we are happy to refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receipt, just return the watch to us as you received it and we will refund by the same payment method.
I have been a customer of Chronoedge for 10 years. I have bought several watches from them in this time and they have all been excellent. I’m leaving this review because I recently discovered a problem with a warranty card a couple of years after buying the watch. Andrew responded immediately and took the problem very seriously. He resolved the issue very quickly and was clearly focused on customer service. I think a company’s philosophy towards customer satisfaction only really becomes clear when there’s a problem to solve. I was really impressed.

I had been considering buying a Tag Heuer for quite a while, I had huge reservations over buying a pre owned one especially via the Internet, but I couldn't purchase the model I really liked brand new, because it went out of production in 2016, so I scoured the internet for months, looking for the model I wanted, I came across Chronoedge via Chrono24 originally, they had something similar that I was interested in, but it just wasn't the one, I read their reviews, and was taken my the loyalty of their customer base and how they described them selves, anyhow a few months later, after checking their site directly, I saw the model I was interested in, straight away I contacted Chronoedge and expressed my interest in the watch, my first point of contact was Andrew Whittingham, very charming and diligent man, he explained his role and how his company worked, after that conversation I purchased the watch, it was exactly what I was looking for, and was delighted with it, after a couple of months I noticed it was gaining time, very slightly, I contacted Andrew, to explain my issue, (we were in the middle of the lock down), Andrew reassured me the moment the lock down was relaxed, he would address the issue, true to his word, I contacted Andrew, and he took great care to put it right, the watch has been returned in perfect condition, and fully functioning. I never usually leave comments but I can honestly say that Chronoedge go above & beyond in terms of service. Lee the manager is a fantastic person to deal with & couldn't be more helpful. On receiving the watch it gets even better with a personal handwritten note & gift-wrapped. The watch is outstanding & as expected. I would highly recommend & will be using them again.
I was nervous about making a large purchase from the internet, but the guys answered all my questions, I read the numerous great reviews, and being an accountant even looked them up on company’s house. Everything pointed to them being a great company to deal with. I can’t recommend the guys enough, watch arrived next day, even gift wrapped.

I have been buying watches for many years and have had a mix of good deals and bad! I am sure this has happened to many people. I came accross Chronoedge whilst searching for a certain Omega. I contacted them via email and Andrew promptly replied. We entered a dialogue over several days and agreed on a deal. Lee finalised the deal at there office as discussed and agreed. In this day and age of extremely poor customer service it was refreshing that there are a few dedicated people companies that can speak and communicate direct to one and another. I can not thank them enough for the excellent service received from start to finish. They even went that extra mile to obtain a spare link as it was a little tight. Now that is customer service at its best! The watch was as new and as described. I have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end watch.
