Established in 2013 by Andrew Whittingham after an extensive 25 year career in sales, management and Director level positions for some of the UKs finest watch and jewellery retailers. Previous roles involved working closely with every prestigious Swiss watch brand, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer. By combining the skills, knowledge and experience gained we can offer fine watches and jewellery at very competitive prices. We don't have the huge overheads usually associated with retailing luxury watches as we are office based, meaning we can offer prices rarely available through the mainstream retailers. Our strategy is simple - low overheads, tight margins, extensive expertise and the exceptional customer service you would expect from a luxury watch and jewellery retailer. Our pre-owned watches are systematically checked and restored if needed. Our watches are sold in perfect or nearly perfect condition. They have also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history. All watches presented can be seen and picked up in our office in Wilmslow, Cheshire at your convenience or sent by insured courier. Please note that office visits are by appointment only and because our watches are securely stored away from our offices in a bank vault, we usually require 24 hours notice for a viewing. If you are not delighted with your purchase then we are happy to refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receipt, just return the watch to us as you received it and we will refund by the same payment method.

I bought the watch through Chrono24 and received immediate reply to my questions about the watch from Andrew and from Lee. I received the product by courier within a couple of day and everything was exactly as in the pictures, nothing was missing and all documentation was included. Andrew even followed up with a phone call (I live in Denmark) to ensure that everything was as I expected. As this was my first purchase in the vintage watch market, and I had not dealt with Chronoedge before, I decided to have the watch verified. The renowned danish watch expert Klarlund verified the watch as genuine and in very good shape internally as well. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend Chronoedge, when dealing with them you will feel the professionalism and passion shine through immediately. If only all suppliers you dealt with, where like chronoedge!

I visited the Chronoedge office to view, pay and collect the watch and received a very professional and efficient service.
