Chronoedge Limited are experts in buying, selling and part exchanging luxury watches and jewellery. Established in 2013 by Andrew Whittingham after an extensive 25 year career in sales, management and Director level positions for some of the UKs finest watch and jewellery retailers. Previous roles involved working closely with every prestigious Swiss watch brand, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer. By combining the skills, knowledge and experience gained we can offer fine watches and jewellery at very competitive prices. We don't have the huge overheads usually associated with retailing luxury watches as we are office based, meaning we can offer prices rarely available through the mainstream retailers. Our strategy is simple - low overheads, tight margins, extensive expertise and the exceptional customer service you would expect from a luxury watch and jewellery retailer. Our pre-owned watches are systematically checked and restored if needed. Our watches are sold in perfect or nearly perfect condition. They have also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history. All watches presented can be seen and picked up in our office in Wilmslow, Cheshire at your convenience or sent by insured courier. Please note that office visits are by appointment only and because our watches are securely stored away from our offices in a bank vault, we usually require 24 hours notice for a viewing. If you are not delighted with your purchase then we are happy to refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receipt, just return the watch to us as you received it and we will refund by the same payment method.

I have recently collectef my Tag watch purchased from Chronoedge from the courier company (Fed-ex) this afternoon. Having been provided the consignment details, I was able to follow the consignment all the way here to New Zealand. I have to compliment Andrew and Lee for their communication, professionalism and accuracy in describing the watch condition. Given that I live in New Zealand, purchasing an item of value from the other side of the world has an element of risk, particular when purchasing via the internet. Chronoedge is a trustworthy operator, one that I wouldn't hesitate in recommending. This was a replacement watch as my last Tag was stolen. I purposely was searching for the same make and model and hopefully in as much loved condition as Tag Heuer no longer manufacture this model. I have to say I could not have asked for a better replacement and after 3 months feeling 'naked', I am reminded once again why I was so attached to my last watch. Everything went well and the watch looks great but it has to go back to TAG Heuer for a service as the day/date doesn't work properly. A bit unacceptable considering it was supposedly serviced just days before?
