Chronoedge Limited are experts in buying, selling and part exchanging luxury watches and jewellery. Established in 2013 by Andrew Whittingham after an extensive 25 year career in sales, management and Director level positions for some of the UKs finest watch and jewellery retailers. Previous roles involved working closely with every prestigious Swiss watch brand, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer. By combining the skills, knowledge and experience gained we can offer fine watches and jewellery at very competitive prices. We don't have the huge overheads usually associated with retailing luxury watches as we are office based, meaning we can offer prices rarely available through the mainstream retailers. Our strategy is simple - low overheads, tight margins, extensive expertise and the exceptional customer service you would expect from a luxury watch and jewellery retailer. Our pre-owned watches are systematically checked and restored if needed. Our watches are sold in perfect or nearly perfect condition. They have also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history. All watches presented can be seen and picked up in our office in Wilmslow, Cheshire at your convenience or sent by insured courier. Please note that office visits are by appointment only and because our watches are securely stored away from our offices in a bank vault, we usually require 24 hours notice for a viewing. If you are not delighted with your purchase then we are happy to refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receipt, just return the watch to us as you received it and we will refund by the same payment method.
Andrew and Lee are both very good to deal with and also very efficient. I traded a watch in and the whole process only took 3 days. Andrew was very informative and honest about how they run the business and how they manage to offer such great prices. I can strongly recommend Chronoedge. The watch arrived in Norway (!) within 24 hours of the bank transfer being confirmed. The watch was just as described, communication was fast, all my questions were answered promptly and the price was reasonable compared to comparable watches on Chrono24 and eBay.
