Established in 2013 by Andrew Whittingham after an extensive 25 year career in sales, management and Director level positions for some of the UKs finest watch and jewellery retailers. Previous roles involved working closely with every prestigious Swiss watch brand, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer. By combining the skills, knowledge and experience gained we can offer fine watches and jewellery at very competitive prices. We don't have the huge overheads usually associated with retailing luxury watches as we are office based, meaning we can offer prices rarely available through the mainstream retailers. Our strategy is simple - low overheads, tight margins, extensive expertise and the exceptional customer service you would expect from a luxury watch and jewellery retailer. Our pre-owned watches are systematically checked and restored if needed. Our watches are sold in perfect or nearly perfect condition. They have also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history. All watches presented can be seen and picked up in our office in Wilmslow, Cheshire at your convenience or sent by insured courier. Please note that office visits are by appointment only and because our watches are securely stored away from our offices in a bank vault, we usually require 24 hours notice for a viewing. If you are not delighted with your purchase then we are happy to refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receipt, just return the watch to us as you received it and we will refund by the same payment method.

I am happy to recommend ChronoEdge. I purchased a high-value, high-end pre-owned watch from them via a part exchange deal. My dealings with them were entirely via the internet - I never met or spoke to them. Their emails were courteous, prompt and clear and they appeared very knowledgable about the product I was purchasing and the two watches I was offering in part exchange. Payment via bank transfer was easy and the watch was safely delivered next day. The watch I purchased and associated box and papers were in good condition - exactly as described. I will consider revisiting them for future purchases.

Like most people, I had some apprehensions about buying a high value watch from the internet but any fears that I had, were quickly quashed following a conversation with Andrew on the phone. As ChronoEdge is fairly close by, I arranged to call over and view some watches before purchasing one, and the whole environment was very relaxed and friendly - a much better experience than any jewellers I've ever stepped foot in. I visited ChronoEdge in person as I live in Manchester. & purchased a unisex TagHeur for a friend who then let me down. The watch was as described I.e as new. Rather than obtain a refund, I asked if I could swap the watch for a gents model & had absolutely no issue in doing that. The guys were extremely helpful & showed me a number of watches within my budget. Again the watch chosen was in as new condition. Highly recommended.
My Tag Heuer Carrera is 5yrs old and had got a bit tatty over time. Chronoedge took it in gave it a full service, repaired the bezel,glass, clasp & a new strap !!
