john wright Martin Cosgrove from chess ICT has installed our new cloud voice telephone system. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe the help that Martin has given us with this. Danielle Cook was so helpful with renewing our contract. She managed to not only reduce the price, but did this prior to our renewal date, so the benefits were immediate. We were considering moving to an alternative provider, but Danielle convinced us to stay. Super helpful and super friendly, and despite us being a very small business account, I felt that we treated and as valued as any large corporation.

Terrible terrible company. Avoid like the plague. They take your money and don't provide the service you pay for. There is no customer service to action any complaints.

Making a decision about my hom broadband service with the upcoming PSTN network switch off is confusing and complex. It was great that Kerryann Tomblin presented the options available to me at my address. There was no high pressure selling but I received the information I needed to make an informed decision. It took away my broadband headache !!!

The reply to my review was the usual total computerised garbage. Standard generic reply, paying lip service and NOTHING DONE. Typical rubbish from Chess, a completely useless coms company. I was updating everyone on how this mess is going on since the order in May.

Chess has looked after a number of our business phone lines for a few years now. More recently Paul Bailey made contact to offer a renewal package which resulted in a considerable saving to the business. He was pleasant to deal with, informative and patient. Thank you Paul!
