We had new phone's installed and set up by Chris Smith. He made the whole experience very easy and thoroughly explained how the new system worked making sure we were comfortable with it and were able to work it. Chris was very friendly and helpful, a great asset to your company!

Every time I deal with Liz O'Connor it is simplicity itself.She takes all of the hard work out of contract pricing and renewals and is always on the front foot making sure I get a good fair deal for myself and Chess. Five stars every time, a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Chess.

Received a phone call from a lovely lady called Liz O'Connor advising that my contract was due for renewal, explained everything to me clearly, was happy to make the changes I required and received a confirmation e-mail the same day. Pleasure talking to her.

We have had a fault on our line since May last year and when we report this we are told there is no fault on our line. We keep getting a repeat on our line which is a 2 second delay the customer hears what they have just said played back to themselves and we have to call our customers back and sometimes the repeat is still there or not. After months of going through this we have made the dession to leave chess for another provider as we have had enough of this poor service. w We have been asked to pay nearly £5000 to leave Chess as we are under contract but even after all the poor service received they are not willing to budge on this which is shocking they think they have the right to be paid for a poor service. I would never recommend Chess to anyone as you can't get hold of anyone easily and have this stupid portal system that is frustrating to use. Please save yourself and choose another provider

THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!! We have been a customer for many years after ChessICT bought out the company we had the original contract with. Their admin has been totally unprofessional and incompetent. Having been given dates in writing when our contract was expiring by our Account Manager, we gave notice and then months later received a early termination fee for 1000's because they had given us the incorrect date. Took me months to agree a settlement and then immediately via their portal issued a 'Pre legal date agency' notice!! We had two contracts the one we terminated was for the leased internet line and I have just discovered when I have gone to terminate my phone lines that they have done exactly the same again! Their engineer is great but everything else...go elsewhere!

Why the **** are you chasing me for unpaid bills. I've not worked for that company for 9 years, and not even lived in the UK for 8.5 years! I was trying to get the company to drop you when I did work there because your billing didn't match the contract.
